Shipping Policy for Austin Down to Earth

We take pride in delivering your jewelry with care and attention to detail. Below is our shipping policy to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and worry-free.

Processing Times

• Ready-to-ship items: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Custom or made-to-order items: Please allow 5–7 additional business days for creation before shipping.

We will notify you as soon as your order is shipped.

Shipping Destinations

• We currently ship within the United States.

• At this time, we do not ship internationally beyond these regions.

Shipping Methods and Rates

• Standard Shipping: USPS standard shipping is $3.95 per order.  Free for orders over $100.

• Expedited Shipping: USPS priority shipping is available for $8.50 at checkout.

Note: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your selected method and location.

Estimated Delivery Times

• U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to customs clearance delays.

Order Tracking

• All orders include tracking at no additional cost.

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

• If your package is delayed or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at  austindowntoearth@gmail.com

• For lost packages, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement when possible.
